• It has to be an official dealer

• It must be offered in the Swiss retail or Swiss online trade.

• It must be exactly the same model.

• The model must be available from the competitor.

• It cannot be a sale.

• The price before deduction of a voucher applies

To submit your request, please contact us immediately by e-mail with the following subject: "Best Price Guarantee:

Your email must contain the following documents:

 

✔ Screenshot of the website and a link to the cheaper offer (prices and services must be understandable). Evidence must include the last page before completing the purchase. (Often the data entry page)

 

✔ The date and time must be clearly visible on the screenshot (e.g. by including the taskbar in the screenshot).

 

We will examine your case as soon as possible and get back to you at the contact address provided. The best price guarantee is valid within 2 days (48 hours). We will transfer the difference to your bank account within 14 days of checking and reporting.
